MidAmerica Extrusions has provided 30+ years of extrusions for the manufacturers of trucks, trailers and dump bodies. Our lightweight aluminum extrusions provide excellent “empty weight” for commercial transportation yet have the strength and durability required for maximum payloads. Aluminum flatbed decks offer maximum corrosion resistance, and knurled deck extrusions provide non-skid surfaces to customer specifications.

MidAmerica Extrusions’ interlocking extruded panels create smooth sides for dump bodies, a feature that can add miles per gallon when compared to ribbed trailers. Double-wall extruded aluminum panels with interior ribs give greater wall support while the hollow-core panels are ideal for adding insulation required for the transport of high-heat materials.
